Diana T. Chea is the founder and managing attorney of Chea Law Group, LLC, with a primary focus on Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) law. She is committed to helping individuals secure the disability benefits they are entitled to, guiding clients through every stage of the SSDI process—from initial filings to appeals—with compassion and tenacity.
The daughter of Vietnamese immigrant parents, Ms. Chea brings a personal passion to her work in immigration law. Prior to attending law school, she worked at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, a leading global immigration law firm. After law school, she served as a Staff Attorney at Catholic Charities of New Hampshire, where she provided immigration legal services to survivors of domestic violence.
Since founding Chea Law Group, Ms. Chea has focused her practice on SSDI and select immigration cases, driven by a mission to deliver trusted, client-focused legal advocacy to those navigating complex federal systems.
